Who we are:
Petalumans for Clean Water and Fiscal Responsibility (PCWFR) is a grass roots movement of Petaluma Citizens and neighbors, civic leaders, conservationist, and business owners who care about the future of Petaluma.
Objective:
To inform Petaluma Citizens about the negative impacts of the November 2010 Measure, the water and wastewater service rate rollback initiative which will be presented to the Petaluma voters at the general election in November.
How did this happen?
A small group launched a near repeat initiative to be placed on the November, 2010, general election ballot for Petaluma voters to approve a rollback the current City approved wastewater service rates to rates in effect on January 1, 2006, and provide for special annual adjustments.
